About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards to maintain a high-quality service.
  • Develop strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community.
  • Engage in play-based activities with primary school-aged children.
  • Take ownership and develop coordinator skills during School Holiday periods.
