Housekeeping Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our friendly and supportive Environmental Services team in a permanent part-time capacity.

The successful candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude, and be committed to achieving exceptional standards of customer satisfaction for patients, doctors, clients, and staff.

  • Ensure staff provide excellent customer service, employ safe work practices and manual handling techniques, as well as identifying and reporting hazards.
  • Possess general knowledge in cleaning duties, Material Safety Data Sheets, their use and importance, occupational Safety and Health Regulations, infection control standards.
  • Provide a high standard of cleaning services across the hospital.
  • Ensure waste management procedures are followed.
  • Operate in strict adherence to infection control standards and WHS policies & procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to everyone you interact with.
  • Motivate, support, and train the team; provide daily hands-on support.
