About the Role
The Royal Flying Doctor Service is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulance Transport Attendant to join our team in Warrnambool. As a key member of our Mobile Patient Care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and transport services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments and interventions during on-road transport
• Provide exceptional patient care and treatment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and stakeholders
• Assess the effectiveness of interventions and adhere to RFDS MPC guidelines and NEPT regulations
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
• Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance) or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in non-emergency patient transport or a related field
• Full Victorian Driver's License and ability to drive in various traffic conditions
• Availability to work a 7-day roster
