Job Description

We are seeking an Architect to partner with our Security, Enterprise Technology and Workforce Identity function. The teams in this area are responsible for ensuring that our employees have the best possible technology experience and that our products meet the trust of our customers, investors and staff.

The successful candidate will help design and set our technological roadmap, ensuring that our architecture aligns with our business goals and supports our growth. They will also be a part of our cross-functional architecture group which drives our overarching technology vision for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Help define and lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for our workforce identity, security and employee-facing technology platforms.
  2. Collaborate with other members of the architecture group to shape the technological vision of the company and integrate this vision into the broader business strategy.
  3. Deeply understand the needs of our different user personas across the company and design controls and frameworks that meet the needs of these users.
  4. Collaborate with team members from Security, Enterprise Technology and Workforce Identity to capture their requirements and influence their decision making.
  5. Ensure the architectural integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms.
  6. Guide the selection of technologies and the design of solutions that are secure, robust and scalable.
  7. Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
