About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving HSE standards and targets in accordance with our HSE Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into HSE plans and ensure they align with project, business, and legislative requirements.
  • Undertake HSE inspections and assessments, reporting and documenting findings as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure all project undertakings are in line with the project HSE plans.
  • Manage site works and subcontractor activities to ensure defect-free handover.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the extended project team to achieve project goals.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Diploma in Health and Safety Management and demonstrable experience in delivering successful construction projects in a similar role. You should have a good knowledge of legislative and best practice HSE policies, as well as contract terms and conditions, and industrial relations.
