**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our front office team. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Tasks:

  1. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and customer visits, including catering and venue setup.
  3. Manage meeting room bookings and scheduling, ensuring seamless transitions.
  4. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, purchase orders, and maintaining WHS standards.
  5. Liaise with contractors, facilities teams, and building maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Book travel and accommodation arrangements for team members, as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Demonstrated reliability, organization, and ability to work independently.
