Instrumentation and Controls Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Instrumentation and Controls Specialist.
The Position:- This is a key position within our Geospatial and Monitoring Services team, requiring a highly motivated individual with strong electrical/communication/systems background.
Responsibilities will include research and development, system design, procurement, preparation, deployment, testing and commissioning, maintenance and ongoing support for IoT and monitoring equipment. Additionally, you will be involved in data capture and management processes, including logging and reporting data gathered, as well as process and system improvements.
Effective collaboration with local and regional teams is essential to provide high-quality service. This may involve travel to various project locations, including the East Coast.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Possess a strong background in electrical/communication/systems engineering or a related field.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts when required.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects is highly valued.
- Demonstrate a high level of awareness of safety procedures and protocols.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Hold an unrestricted work visa for Australia.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with large technical teams.
