Talent Management Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent development strategies to grow and develop a diverse talent pool. This includes partnering with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and developing solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent review processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders
  • Create and maintain inclusive training programs for employees at all levels
  • Establish and support employee resource groups (ERGs) to foster community and belonging
  • Lead initiatives to create psychological safety and belonging
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven track record in HR or Talent at mid-career level
  • Strategic thinking with ability to deliver operational results
  • Experience working in a multi/above-market environment is advantageous
  • Problem solving capability using data to draw inferences and propose workable solutions
