We are seeking a driven individual to fill the position of Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity offers a chance for personal and professional growth within a dynamic team environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong ability to build relationships and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic planning
- Drive sales efforts to meet sales targets and support the internal sales team in quoting and securing business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base
An excellent understanding of the electrical wholesale industry would be beneficial but is not essential. We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active, and reliable individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within our team environment.
Required skills include exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will also have a strong ability to build relationships, drive results, and possess a positive attitude.
