We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSH Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service in Traralgon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a child-centered program that promotes learning and development in a fun and engaging environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.
- Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and staff development.
- Manage the service's compliance and administration, including reporting and record-keeping.
