About the Role:


We are seeking enthusiastic and charismatic Festive Season Retail Staff to join our team during Christmas 2024. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our stores look their absolute best throughout the festive season.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have an engaging and efficient shopping experience.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, even in fast-paced and busy environments.


Requirements:



  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a love of beautiful homewares.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A can-do approach and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Availability to work during peak trading times, including evenings, weekends, and Boxing Day.
