The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our remediation team. You will collaborate with high-quality team and site personnel, leveraging your leadership skills to enhance your technical and project management expertise.
This role offers the potential for involvement in various ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive project completion using advanced planning/management, financial management, and project controls.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Oversee subcontract procurement.
- Report monthly on financial, program, and QSET performance, providing analysis and solutions for variances.
- Conduct financial performance reviews and identify cost-reduction strategies.
About You
- Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering (desirable).
- Experience: 5+ years as a Project Manager; experience in the mining resource sector (desirable).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Jobpac (desirable); effective HSEQ management.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
