Early Career Engineer - Space Exploration Role

About This Opportunity

This position directly impacts the history of space exploration, requiring commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work involves various aspects of electrical engineering including avionics hardware (from PCBs to electrical systems), software, hardware in the loop, instrumentation & controls, system test, power systems, communication systems, mechanical systems, propulsion systems, manufacturing, and systems engineering.
  • Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Recent graduate with relevant programming languages used in professional settings.
  • Experience with applied electronics and electrical engineering including avionics hardware (from PCBs to electrical systems), software, hardware in the loop, etc.
  • CAD software skills.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Relevant internship/co-op experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership qualities.

The compensation range is between $85,259.00-$119,361.90 per annum.
