About the Role

Cowell Clarke is seeking an Associate to work on major commercial transactions. This role involves advising clients on high-value corporate matters, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and business transactions.


  • Key areas of focus include advising ASX-listed, private and overseas companies on complex corporate matters, collaborating with senior lawyers and directors on headline transactions, and delivering strategic legal solutions tailored to client needs.


Requirements

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.


  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law is required, along with genuine transactional experience and a solid understanding of deal structures.
  • A team player who is proactive, motivated, honest, has high integrity and driven to deliver results is essential.
