Business Change Manager

This role involves supporting the assessment of current and future state changes, identifying impacts, and contributing to the development and execution of change management activities for large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and be able to apply them in a business context. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Change Assessment and Planning: The Change Analyst will work closely with project teams to assess the impact of changes and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Developing Change Management Plans: The Change Analyst will develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Managing Stakeholder Engagement: The Change Analyst will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and develop strategies to manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Change Analyst and hold relevant certifications such as Prosci Change Management or People Centred Implementation (PCI). They will also have experience working in Agile environments and conducting stakeholder engagement needs assessments.
What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Organisational Behaviour or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Change Analyst for change initiatives.
- Proven experience in change management of enterprise-wide IT rollouts within a large complex organisation.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
