Job Summary:

National Workforce is seeking skilled and experienced Forklift and Order Picker Operators to join our team in various locations across the Southeast and Eastern Suburbs. As a key member of our logistics and distribution team, you will be responsible for operating high-reach forklifts and order picking equipment to meet KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-reach forklifts and order picking equipment to efficiently pick and pack orders
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to warehouse OH&S protocols
  • Hold a valid and current Victorian HRW - LF LO Ticket
  • Commit to Monday to Friday day shifts, until 4pm each day
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Perform other duties as required, including assisting with packing and working in cool room and freezer environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating high-reach forklifts and order picking equipment
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse OH&S protocols
  • Valid and current Victorian HRW - LF LO Ticket
  • Ability to lift up to 15kilos
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work requirements
