**Job Overview:**

The Packing Trainer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of machinery in our Packing Room.

About the Role:

  • Ensure all Packing Room Operators are trained to operate equipment at peak performance and produce a finished product of specified quality within timeframes.
  • Deliver training and assessment to all areas of the Packing Room, focusing on standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Review documentation and support updates to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Visual Standard Works & Best Operating Practices.
  • Collaborate with frontline leadership to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics are met or exceeded.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, products, and packaging.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver training materials.
