The Customer Success Partner will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, promoting retention and loyalty. They'll work closely with the Area Sales Team to ensure assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Sales reps are supported through standard channels, building trusting relationships with customers to help them realize full value from their investment with Maersk.
  • Partner with cross-functional Maersk teams to develop and execute omni-channel digital marketing strategies that maximize value for customers.
  • Continuously assess customer progress toward stated goals, driving expected results in areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship.
  • As a customer advocate, ensure customer needs are met, and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
  • Manage the allocation process, coordinating with customers to ensure they deliver on commitments.
  • Manage tender handling, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and competitive offers are submitted to customers.
  • Coordinate quoting and contracting processes with relevant stakeholders.
  • Timely contract renewals and contract management.
