About the Role


We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital performance marketing to lead our client's campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing winning strategies that drive business growth and ROI.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement high-performing digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Pitching new business opportunities and presenting to senior-level clients and prospects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to help them grow professionally and personally.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar digital performance marketing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or communications.
