Superyacht Captain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Superyacht Captain to join our team at Superyacht Crew Academy. The ideal candidate will have a Master 4 certification and a strong background in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi yacht program as Captain, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
• Manage a team of crew members, including a Chief Steward/Stewardess, to ensure exceptional service and hospitality to guests.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall vessel performance.
• Collaborate with the owner and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Master 4 certification and strong engineering knowledge.
• Previous experience as a Superyacht Captain, preferably in a multi yacht program.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
