Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Analytics Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and categorizing customer complaints in accordance with our classification framework.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small team of data analysts and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in data analysis and complaint handling.

About the Role:

  • Review and categorize customer complaints in line with our classification framework.
  • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to continuous improvement of processes to optimize team performance.
  • Provide assurance of classification accuracy.
  • Select unique customer complaints scenarios to fit customer feedback.
  • Conduct data entry and other relevant ad-hoc reporting duties.
