Job Description

Maintenance professionals play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our underground gold mine.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our Maintenance team at the Tropicana Gold Mine. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks in the underground area as directed by the Maintenance Supervisors. This will involve maintaining UG and in-pit dewatering pumping systems, compressors, primary ventilation, refuge chambers and fixed plant assets underground and in the mining areas.

As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

This role is based at the Tropicana Gold Mine on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with direct flights available from Perth and Kalgoorlie.
