Job Title: Primary Care Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in the South Island.
- Deliver exceptional primary care services using a holistic and person-centred approach.
- Promote health and assess, diagnose and develop management plans for diverse patient groups both in-person and online.
- Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up where necessary.
- Provide culturally safe care with patients and their whānau.
You will be part of a high-performing team that strives to make Aotearoa the healthiest country in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality primary care services to diverse patient groups.
- Developing and implementing management plans for patients.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of the team's knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in General Practice or a related field.
- Current registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
