Job Opportunity: Water Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary
As a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing and completing projects from inception to completion. You will work across a range of significant water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and water & wastewater treatment infrastructure for various clients locally and nationally.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our industry-leading Water infrastructure team based in Townsville. You will have the opportunity to get involved in managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, procurement and construction phase support. You will also apply your water infrastructure design skills and knowledge into meaningful local and national projects. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients across a range of sectors, guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration as a Professional Engineer
• Experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments
• An interest in progression and long-term growth within a global organisation
• Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business
• Passion for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers
