We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site/Civil Engineering Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and scheduling of key resources on Land Development design projects. You will direct plan production and technical staff, review design calculations, promote the growth of the team, and assist teams with a variety of site/civil land development engineering projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion and sedimentation control, and stormwater management. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technical staff. Additionally, they will have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
