As a Room Leader, you will play a vital role in implementing and adapting educational programs that align with our core values, promoting children's learning experiences and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as a genuine passion for early childhood education and commitment to our values. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for creating engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with families to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality education and care to children, supporting their individual needs and developmental milestones.
  • Implement and adapt educational programs that align with our core values and enhance children's learning experiences.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect for nature.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and engage with families to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • 3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
  • Working with Children Check (preferred), First Aid Certification (preferred), Anaphylaxis Training (preferred), Asthma Training (preferred).
