About the RoleThis leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving our vision forward, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
To excel in this position, you will need to be able to handle a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, and make informed decisions that align with our organizational values.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead the front-line team in the efficient operation of Reception services.
- Provide support to residents on various matters, including residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
- Foster a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing direct reports.
- Offer regular feedback and coaching to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Maintain accurate records of resident accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Liaise with contractors to maintain building facilities and services.
We require all applicants to have the right to work in Australia and New Zealand, a National Police Check, and a State Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain). First Aid & CPR certification is also essential.
