We are seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to lead fire protection designs from concept through to construction, delivering high-quality, compliant, and performance-driven solutions across various commercial sectors.
About the Role:- Lead the design and documentation of fire protection systems, including both wet and dry systems such as Automatic sprinkler systems, fire detection and alarm systems, and hydrant and hose reel systems.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, builders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, national codes, and local authority requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and work collaboratively with contractors during construction to maintain quality and compliance.
- Structured development pathways to foster career growth, beginning with a two-year graduate program and extending to Director-level opportunities.
- Support for Engineers Australia chartership, annual funding for professional memberships and accreditations, and investment in external leadership training.
- A collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with structured leadership support.
- Flexible working arrangements while balancing organisational and operational requirements.
