To succeed in this role, you'll be the face of our organization in Victoria, installing, maintaining, and repairing cutting edge medical equipment. Your work will directly support hospitals and clinics in delivering safe, high quality care.

What You Will Do

  • • Install, maintain, and repair STERIS medical equipment.

    • Deliver exceptional customer support onsite, by phone, and via email.

    • Diagnose faults and perform urgent repairs (including after-hours on-call rotation).

    • Provide user training and technical guidance.

    • Maintain accurate service records and manage spare parts inventory.

    • Identify and recommend training needs and process improvements.
The Experience, Skills and Qualifications Needed
  • Trade/Technical Certificate or Diploma with hands-on technical service experience is required.
  • A Restricted Electrical License or Full Electrical License is also required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills are necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle (car allowance provided) are required.
  • Willingness to travel across WA and work flexible hours is essential.
  • Self-motivated individuals with strong decision making skills are ideal candidates.
