About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at O'Brien Electrical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and ensuring the successful delivery of electrical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electricians to deliver electrical services to clients
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within budget
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an A-Grade Electrician
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
