About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex care needs, including personal care, manual handling, and dementia support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and household management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
