Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Boilermaker Trainee and Fabrication Specialist to join our Above Water Systems team. This role will provide you with both formal studies and practical experience in the Boilermaker trade, undertaking Cert III Engineering - Fabrication (Heavy).

You will be trained in manufacturing of all types of steel work, safe use of hand tools, basic welding, and fabrication processes.

About the Role

  • Manufacture steel components for various applications
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with experienced tradespeople to achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to read/understand technical drawings and operate with an attention to detail
  • Willingness to work within confined spaces, supported by relevant training
  • Well-developed communication skills with ability to work in a team environment
