Job Description:
We are seeking a Convenience Team Member to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling products with care, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues alike. Your role will involve:
- Filling Shelves and Stockroom Areas with Products
- Performing Quality Checks on Products to Ensure They Meet Our High Standards;
- Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Shopping Environment;
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service, Answering Questions, and Helping Customers Find What They Need;
- Working Collaboratively with Other Team Members to Achieve Sales and Customer Satisfaction Targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
