Automation Program Manager

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of an organisation's automation journey from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Map and document processes using BPMN and other relevant methodologies.
- Evaluate platform capabilities and recommend automation solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop, document, and prioritise requirements for automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and deliver automation solutions.
- Transition into a technical RPA Developer role, contributing to the development and delivery of automation projects.
- Support the automation program strategy and help shape its direction within the business.
- Strong Business Analyst skills with experience engaging stakeholders and documenting requirements.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools.
- Process improvement mindset with a focus on automation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for working across business analysis, delivery, and development.
