Practice Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to lead our team and contribute to the success of our healthcare organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team in a positive environment that benefits both staff and patients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Manage patient relationships, including greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone inquiries, making and confirming appointments, and checking and managing customer accounts.
  • Contribute to the overall financial performance of the clinic by managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Market the clinic to drive patient numbers and recruit and select clinic staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous practice management experience is desirable but not required.
  • Business and people management skills are essential.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
