Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of claims specialists to deliver a customer-focused, cost-effective, and professional claims service
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to drive excellence in claims management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policy
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive working environment that promotes collaboration and open communication
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years claims management experience
  • 1 year people management experience

PREFERRED SKILLS: Account Management experience
