About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical to join our team at RAAF base Amberley Hanger. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on the fleet of C-27J Spartan aircraft, working under the DASR 145 Maintenance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance tasks on the C-27J Spartan aircraft
  • Assist the crew team leader in ensuring all tasks and responsibilities comply with DASR 145 Maintenance regulations
  • Participate in small working groups to aid development of future base maintenance state and capability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a certificate IV in Aero skills (Mechanical) and be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance. You will have thorough knowledge of the structure and use of interactive technical publications, as well as a passion for the aviation industry and a willingness to learn.
