Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Newfurn Floor Coverings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Rowville, VIC. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including creative design, online marketing, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflow for the creative design department and work collaboratively as part of a team within an agile methodology.
  • Inform and assist team members with new and ongoing marketing services.
  • Manage and report on online marketing activities.
  • Liaise with alliance partners for promotional material and corporate supplies.
  • Coordinate events and monitor Corporate Identity matters.
  • Assist with the effective roll-out of new store openings and launch campaigns.
  • Develop and execute in-store, advertising, and direct marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of in-store POS and store signage.
  • Manage multimedia channels.

Requirements:

  • Australian degree or equivalent.
  • Over 2 years of Australian experience in a Marketing role.
  • Experience in marketing of floor coverings is essential.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Preferably retail marketing experience.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize own workflow.
  • Ability to stay agile and work with ambiguity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a broader team.
  • Coordination of photo shoots.
  • Ability to contribute to concept development/idea generation/brainstorm new campaigns.
  • Proven experience thinking outside of the box and creating fresh content.
  • Ability to work with in-house and third-party designers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
