Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled coffee expert who can manage the café environment effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality specialty coffee drinks
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills to exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment

Requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a barista or equivalent in a related field
  • Current RSA certification for serving alcohol responsibly
  • Pleasant personality and strong communication skills
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing situations

In addition to these qualifications, applicants should possess:

  • Experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably with exposure to food handling and preparation
  • Excellent customer service skills, enabling effective interaction with customers
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and move efficiently within the café space
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a server or in food handling, adding value to our team's diversity
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet our customer demands

Work Environment: Café atmosphere, moderate noise level
