About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Cloud and Endpoint Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions to our clients.

Job Description

As a Cloud and Endpoint Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and endpoint solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of these solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, endpoint management, and IT service management. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure and endpoint solutions
  • Manage and maintain existing cloud and endpoint environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions
  • Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and endpoint management
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, and Intune
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A customer-focused approach
