Job Summary:

The Production Associate is responsible for operating high volume manufacturing and packaging equipment. This involves inspecting in-process and finished products to ensure quality, manually loading and unloading materials within the areas, measuring, counting and weighing products, recording batch information on documentation, and routinely cleaning equipment and work areas.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, setting and operating high volume processing equipment, accurately completing documentation for internal process compliance, and consistently achieving high levels of quality.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, literacy and numerical skills, as well as mechanical appreciation and setting ability. Being highly motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks is essential.
