About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in SAP Integration to join our team at Zone IT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support OpenText solutions integrated with SAP systems for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of OpenText modules, including Document Management, Extended ECM, Vendor Invoice Management, and Archive Center.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize OpenText workflows, metadata, and security permissions to meet client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText and SAP integration.
  • Lead and manage OpenText implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest OpenText and SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with OpenText solutions and SAP Integration.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenText modules.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing OpenText solutions integrated with SAP systems.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules and their integration points with OpenText.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • OpenText or SAP certifications are highly desirable.
