About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Proactive Services team. As a Cleaner and Trolley Collection Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy the store, including sweeping floors, emptying bins, and cleaning walls, bathrooms, and trolleys
- Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas, ensuring they are returned to their designated bays
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Provide assistance to customers in-store, answering questions and providing directions as needed
About You
We are looking for someone who is physically fit, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. A good eye for detail and ability to multitask are also essential.
