About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Support Coordinator to join our team at Trend Windows & Doors. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain staff to ensure product is marked off and located appropriately
  • Review daily deliveries and services to identify gaps and communicate with customers
  • Review previous day's deliveries to ensure all are invoiced and identify any issues
  • Participate in daily production meetings to discuss delivery schedules and product availability
  • Prepare DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) reports to track delivery performance
About You

We are looking for a team player who is able to work calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. You will have a methodical and flexible approach, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks.
