Culinary Assistant

We are seeking reliable and self-motivated individuals to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team at Dreamworld. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen areas while following safety protocols and processes.

The Culinary Assistant will be responsible for performing daily cleaning duties, ensuring adequate supply of clean crockery, and monitoring stock rotation and replenishment of stock levels. Additionally, they will assist with food preparation on occasion when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous kitchen experience with skills in kitchen organization, a positive can-do attitude, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late nights. You will also have a good physical dexterity for manual handling tasks and an understanding of HACCP standards and their practical application.
