Senior Team Manager

A dynamic leader with a passion for mentoring others and driving performance is required to join our organisation. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team to deliver person-centred support, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work.

  • Work under the guidance of the Service Manager to mentor and support a high-performing team, driving results and fostering growth.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate programme guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalised support.
  • Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
  • Champion the values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by coaching your team to achieve outcomes, driving performance, and making a genuine difference in people's lives.

The successful applicant will be required to provide pre-employment checks including but not limited to a current criminal record check, NDIS Worker Screen Clearance, employment history, driver's license, and referee checks.
