Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of bakery staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality products.
- Create efficient rotas and schedules to meet business demands.
- Generate accurate and timely orders for ingredients and supplies.
- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and train teams.
- Fresh food retail knowledge, with a focus on bakery operations and product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
