Job Title: Customer Operations Agent

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you will be involved in all aspects of operations. You will interact with customers at the counter, complete rental transactions and bookings, promote products and services, inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, and clean the interior and exterior of vehicles.

About the Role:

You will welcome and assist customers at the rental counter, complete rental transactions and bookings, and promote our products and services. This is a varied role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter
  • Completing rental transactions and bookings
  • Promoting our products and services
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a full and valid Australian driver's licence, availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays), experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales, and comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
