Our boutique service seeks a versatile handyman to provide general maintenance services for minor trade and ad-hoc work on small buildings in the Brisbane region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, plaster board repairs, laying and removing flooring, flooring repairs, minor tiling works, minor carpentry works, door and lock repairs, plumbing repairs (excluding licensed plumber work), and electrical work (permitted only with appropriate license).
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is necessary for providing reports when required.
  • A strong knowledge of WHS legislation and current White Card holder status is mandatory.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in work is crucial.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Able to work well autonomously or within a team is desirable.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a \'can do\' attitude are preferred.
  • Well-presented and customer service-driven applicants are advantageous.
  • A valid Driver's Licence is also required.

Tools and equipment will be provided upon commencement. This role is open to either a contractor or permanent full-time employee.
