Multilingual Liaison for Beneficiary Meeting

We require an interpreter to assist with a meeting where the customer does not speak the primary language.
The customer is the beneficiary of a deceased estate and has a different native language. The primary language spoken at the meeting should be adjusted accordingly.
The customer may be able to communicate in other languages, but it is preferred that the primary language used during the meeting is Mandarin or Cantonese.
This position requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to adapt to different language situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To facilitate effective communication between parties during the meeting
- To identify the customer's preferred language and adjust the meeting accordingly
- To provide language support as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent proficiency in multiple languages, including Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
